It’s a ‘Welcome Home’ for Kelly

Home is where the heart, as the saying goes. And that’s certainly the case for William Davis Homes sales consultant Kelly Rudkin, who has returned to the village where she was born.

Kelly is the friendly face that customers see when they visit the beautiful Lace Fields development on the edge of Ruddington, the Nottinghamshire village where generations of her family have lived.

“Many years ago, my dad was the village greengrocer, plus I went to school here, so it’s wonderful to come back to a place which means such a lot to me” said Kelly.

After previously working in sales for other construction companies for 16 years, Kelly joined William Davis earlier this year.

“Being involved in building and selling beautiful homes is definitely in the blood, because my dad was originally a joiner and then a site manager” said Kelly, whose brother Karl also lives in Ruddington.

Great customer service is always a priority for Kelly. For 13 years she worked for a wedding events company in London and Sydney, Australia. “I love the contact with customers and meeting different people. It’s important that customers are happy – and with William Davis they know we’re a trusted and well-established company. I can also help them with my local knowledge.”

Kelly loves visiting Rushcliffe Country Park, which is on the doorstep of Lace Fields. “Ruddington is a beautiful, traditional village and has such a great community feel to it” added Kelly. “I love working at Lace Fields and telling everyone how great it is!”

The stunning Lace Fields development offers the best of town and country living and has an excellent choice of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, all beautifully designed inside and out. For more information email: lacefields@williamdavis.co.uk or visit williamdavis.co.uk/development/lace-fields.
